789 Car Service Company Current points Program Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview
The 789 Car Service Company Loyalty Points Program is designed to encourage spending and reward loyal customers. Customers will earn points after each successful transaction, which can be redeemed for discounts on future services.
2. Earning Points
Customers will earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent on each successful transaction.

All services, including local transfers, cross-border transport between Hong Kong and Mainland China, and other services provided by our company, are eligible for point accumulation.

Points will be calculated based on the final payable amount. If a discount is applied to the order, points will be calculated on the discounted amount.

Orders that are unpaid or canceled will not earn points.

No sign-up or additional registration is required; points will start accumulating automatically after the customer’s first successful transaction.
3. Redeeming Points
Customers can redeem points when they reach specified thresholds:

5,000 points can be redeemed for a HK$100 discount

8,000 points can be redeemed for a HK$500 discount

10,000 points can be redeemed for a HK$1,000 discount

If the customer benefits from special pricing, contract discounts, or other exclusive offers, points will still be calculated based on the actual payable amount. However, the loyalty program discount cannot be applied to such orders.

Points are applicable only to cross-border services; other services cannot use points for discounts.

For orders with discounts, points will still be calculated based on the final payable amount.

Points cannot be transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash.
4. Special Offer

If a customer spends HK$10,000 or more within a single month, they will receive an additional one-time HK$1,000 discount applicable only to cross-border services, valid until the end of the following month.

This additional discount will not reduce accumulated points, but points will be calculated based on the payable amount after the HK$1,000 discount.

This special offer cannot be combined with other discounts, including loyalty points redemption or special pricing, and will automatically be prioritized for use.
5. Order Cancellation

If a customer cancels an order, points will not be affected and will not be deducted or added.

If an order is canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, a partial or full fee, as per the order terms, will be required, and points will not be awarded for that order.
6. Points Validity

Points will reset annually on April 1, with all unused points expiring on that date.
7. Checking Points Balance

Customers can check their accumulated points balance on the final invoice of each transaction

or by contacting our customer service team.
8. Program Modifications and Termination

789 Car Service Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this program’s terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance, and modifications will take effect immediately upon notification.

In cases of misuse, 789 Car Service Company reserves the right to cancel points for the account in question.
9. Interpretation Rights

The final interpretation rights of this program rest with 789 Car Service Company.
All terms are based on the Chinese version. In case of any discrepancies, the Chinese version shall prevail.
