Program Overview The 789 Car Service Company Loyalty Points Program is designed to encourage spending and reward loyal customers. Customers will earn points after each successful transaction, which can be redeemed for discounts on future services. 2. Earning Points Customers will earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent on each successful transaction. All services, including local transfers, cross-border transport between Hong Kong and Mainland China, and other services provided by our company, are eligible for point accumulation. Points will be calculated based on the final payable amount. If a discount is applied to the order, points will be calculated on the discounted amount. Orders that are unpaid or canceled will not earn points. No sign-up or additional registration is required; points will start accumulating automatically after the customer’s first successful transaction. 3. Redeeming Points When a customer accumulates the designated number of points, the customer must submit a points redemption application to the Company and select the corresponding redemption offer. Upon confirmation of the application, the Company shall assist the customer in redeeming points for the corresponding offer. The available redemption offers are as follows: 5,000 points can be redeemed for a HK$100 discount 8,000 points can be redeemed for a HK$500 discount 10,000 points can be redeemed for a HK$1,000 discount In cases where a customer is eligible for special pricing, contract discounts, or other exclusive offers, the points shall be calculated based on the actual payment amount; however, such orders shall not be eligible for the discount benefits provided under the Reward Points Program. Order Cancellation If a customer cancels an order, points will not be affected and will not be deducted or added. Points Validity Points will reset annually on April 1, with all unused points expiring on that date. 7.
